Late word Thursday that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will resign on Friday. A holdover from President Obama’s first term, she is stepping down after the flawed rollout of the Affordable Care Act enrollment website. Alex Wayne of Bloomberg News will join us to discuss Sebelius’ five-year tenure in Obama’s Cabinet and who her likely successor might be.
