This Week on Washington Week: Impact of Tuesday’s Social & Cultural Votes on Election 2016

Tuesday’s off-year elections had voters in many states casting their ballots on a number of social issues from legalizing recreational marijuana to LGBT rights. Ohio voters defeated a referendum to legalize pot by a 30-point margin. In Democratic-leaning Houston, voters rejected non-discrimination protections for gay and transgender people by a 20-point margin.
