The competition stiffens. In the Signature, bakers must create “saucy puds”—delicate cakes hiding a gooey filling or saucy surprise at the bottom. In the Technical, they take on Mary’s tiramisu. In the Showstopper, they attempt perfect baked Alaska. Meltdowns ensue.
